Qualifications

• Active Maryland Dental Hygienist license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Commitment to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control requirements.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with patients and educate them on oral health.
• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Review medical and dental histories and complete screenings.
• Capture diagnostic radiographs and clinical information.
• Educate patients on home care, prevention, and treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Partner with dentist and team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Create a welcoming, positive patient experience.
