Benevis is seeking a Dental Hygienist for Waterbury, CT to provide quality care under a general dentist. You will perform scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants and fluoride applications, while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current state Dental Hygienist license required.
• CPR/BLS certification from ARC or AHA required at hire.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride applications under general dentist supervision.
• Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene.
• Assess dental condition and needs, and review patients' medical history.
• Guide parents and patients through the full treatment process.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
• Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed.
• Follow all government regulations and company standards.
