Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Ability to travel between locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including thorough prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polish restorations, and application of cavity preventative agents.
• Accurately chart patient dental history, periodontal health, and document treatments, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.
• Provide assistance as directed by the dentist.
• Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act.
