Qualifications

• Dental hygiene degree or certificate from an accredited program and a valid state license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal skills to communicate professionally with patients and staff.
• Ability to travel between locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, and preventive agents.
• Accurately chart patient dental history and periodontal health; ensure HIPAA-compliant records.
• Provide assistance as directed by the dentist.
• Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by practice act.
