Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Commitment to OSHA and HIPAA infection-control requirements.
• Strong communication and patient-education skills.
• Collaborative approach to comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with patients.
• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Review medical and dental histories and perform screenings.
• Capture diagnostic radiographs and clinical information.
• Educate patients about oral health, prevention, and recommended treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team.
• Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care.
