Gentle Dental Medford is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team for part-time hours. You will deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal services, educate patients, and collaborate with dentists to support treatment plans in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College.
• Current State Dental License or ability to obtain by employment.
• CPR and local anesthesia certifications or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene and periodontal services within your scope of practice.
• Assess patients' oral health and identify periodontal conditions.
• Partner with dentists to develop and support appropriate patient treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, periodontal health, and recommended care.
• Build trust through compassionate, personalized patient interactions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with the dental team to create an exceptional patient experience.
