Rallyday Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed dental hygienist in Seattle to deliver high-quality care. The role offers $85+/hour base pay with guaranteed schedules, no weekends, and opportunities for bonuses. Flexible scheduling includes full-time or part-time positions and modern, digital operatories with supportive doctors.

You will educate patients, perform cleanings and periodontal screenings, and contribute to outstanding patient experiences in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Active RDH licensure is required; new grads welcome.
• A joyful attitude and hospitality mindset are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and a desire to learn and grow.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors to deliver excellent services and create amazing patient experiences.
• Greet patients with a smile and prepare them for dental examinations.
• Educate patients using your knowledge to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Complete general and periodontal cleanings and screenings and provide treatment recommendations.
