Qualifications

• Active PA Dental Hygienist license or PHDHP.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate with diverse populations.
• Bilingual abilities helpful (Spanish, Nepali, French, or Arabic).
• Commitment to expanding access to care and community health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct oral health assessments for patients of all ages.
• Provide prophylaxis, scaling/root planing, debridement, sealants and fluoride treatments.
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and dietary counseling.
• Collaborate with dentists on treatment plans and patient triage.
• Maintain infection control and sterilize instruments.
• Assist with supplies, insurance claims, trainings, and cross-location support.
• Operate within Pennsylvania Dental State Law and scope of practice.
