Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience.
• A two or four year degree of Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Florida Board of Dentistry license.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial intra- and extra-oral exam of the hard and soft tissue.
• Document/chart existing restorations and carious lesions.
• Complete health history with blood pressure.
• Perform periodontal therapies and periodontal health instruction.
• Perform screening examinations for school children.
• Sterilization of instruments and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist dentists when needed.
• Answer telephone when needed.
