Qualifications

• Current Arizona dental hygienist license required and academic degree in dental hygiene.
• Knowledge of preventive, periodontal and radiographic procedures; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care to patients.
• Perform SRP and periodontal charting as needed.
• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene best practices.
