Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join its network of independently owned practices that deliver patient-centered care with advanced technology. You’ll partner with the doctor, assess oral health, and educate patients in a modern clinical environment.

Full-time role with competitive pay of $48–$55 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training through TAG University.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care.
