Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist to serve as an empowered clinician and partner with the doctor to assess oral health and educate patients. You will work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, onboarding, and hands-on training.

Compensation is competitive at $60–$65 per hour with an uncapped incentive plan, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays, and generous CE opportunities through TAG University.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state where you practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Utilize digital technology to support assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Manage your schedule and supplies with autonomy to provide comprehensive care.
