Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Hygienist to deliver preventive care, educate patients and contribute to a collaborative dental team. You’ll practice at the top of your scope, build trusting patient relationships and stay current with technology and best practices. New graduates are welcome, with company-paid CE and ongoing professional development.

Schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (Thursday 12–7). Compensation $46–$47 per hour with benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Licensed with the state or eligible to become licensed.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
• Collaborative approach to working with patients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
