Community Health Center is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist for its Fort Dodge, Mason City, Spencer, Eagle Grove, and Clarion clinics in Iowa.

Responsibilities include patient screenings, cleaning teeth, and advising on oral health, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus Responsibilities also include assisting dentists, performing prophylaxis, scaling, sealants, and fluoride applications, and maintaining infection control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Clinical office experience preferred.
• Ability to complete competency assessment.
• Must have ability to handle confidential information as defined by CHC.

Responsabilités

• Assist in oral health management of clinic patients.
• Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, sealants, and fluoride applications.
• Provide oral health education and counseling to patients.
• Work with dentists in planning treatments and handling emergencies.
• Maintain infection control and safety in the Dental Department.
• Support administrative and clinical functions as needed.
