Job summary

Smile Dental Group is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a private practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care and education. You will play a key role in preventive periodontal care and in developing comprehensive plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

The four‑day work schedule runs 9:00–4:00 with no weekends, and the practice offers competitive pay with incentives, health insurance, and 401K with employer match among other benefits.

Qualifications

• Dental hygiene licensure in good standing with no adverse actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team and patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and dental software.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal procedures in accordance with state dental board requirements.
• Educate patients on prevention and links between periodontal and systemic health.
• Chart periodontal conditions and collaborate with Dentist on treatment plans.
• Collaborate with team on scheduling and ensuring exceptional patient experience and equipment upkeep.
