Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited dental hygiene program.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Customer service orientation with interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice dental hygiene in Iowa; BLS and mandated reporter training up to date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services under dentist supervision.
• Assess patients for preventive services and assist with procedures as directed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and prevention.
• Maintain dental hygiene records and ensure infection control compliance.
• Support outreach and community education materials.
• Attend continuing education and departmental meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
