Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. and Bright NOW Dental in Spokane, WA are seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join a busy practice. The position is 3 days per week, 8-hour shifts, with a pay range of $52–$65 per hour.

You’ll deliver high-quality preventive care, educate patients, and collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, HSA, FSA, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan, and opportunities for CE.

Qualifications

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
