Aspen Dental in Wisconsin is seeking dental hygienists who will work as empowered clinicians with autonomy to assess oral health and educate patients. You’ll be part of a modern clinic backed by advanced technology, onboarding, and hands-on training, within a national network of independently owned practices.

We offer full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities designed to fit your life, with 5–7 patients per day and structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $104,000–$116,000 annualized, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care
• Monthly stipend: $1,000 for the first 15 months toward expenses of your choice
