Job summary

Gentle Dental in West Chester, PA is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team, delivering high-quality patient care in a friendly, team-based environment. You will perform routine cleanings, assessments, and patient education with emphasis on comfort and prevention.

Responsibilities include assisting dentists, taking X-rays, and maintaining accurate records. Schedule: Mon/Tue 8:50–5:00 and Fri 8:50–1:00.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to patient care and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure sterilization protocols.
