Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist for a full-time opportunity in Wisconsin. Open to part-time or full-time with flexible hours; position includes a $10,000 welcome bonus and a robust benefits package.

Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours with UnitedHealthcare PPO, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision, wellness benefits, and more. The role emphasizes elite clinical care and patient advocacy within a supportive Hygiene mentor program.

Qualifications

• WI dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Responsabilités

• Provide preventive dental care and patient education to patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient medical history and dental records.
• Be an integral member of the patient care team with mentorship and support for clinical skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in WIand an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Open to new grads or seasoned hygienist
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
