Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a passionate Dental Hygienist for our Waterbury, CT office.

You’ll deliver preventive and periodontal care, educate patients, and collaborate with dentists to create exceptional patient experiences in a supportive, team‑oriented setting. Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to practice in Connecticut is required, with CPR certification and a commitment to prevention and education.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care


• Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care


• Partner closely with doctors and team members to create outstanding patient experiences


• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients and families


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control protocols


• Help create a welcoming, efficient, and patient-focused office environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Connecticut

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday and Tuesday 9:30am to 6pm
