Job summary

ONE HEALTH OHIO is seeking a Dental Hygienist to deliver preventive dental care to adults and children. The role includes recording health histories, measuring blood pressure, and documenting progress in our Electronic Dental Chart.

The position requires graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program and an Ohio license, with HRSA loan repayment eligibility and comprehensive benefits. Work location may vary among OHO sites.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene Program is required.
• Dental Hygienist license in the State of Ohio is required.
• HRSA Loan Repayment eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental hygiene care for patients coordinating appropriate preventative treatment with the assistance of the Dentist for adults and pediatric patients.
• Document an accurate health history, including patient's blood pressure at each visit, and chart progress notes in the Electronic Dental Chart.
• Ensure appropriate dental instruments are available for each preventative procedure.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment per OSHA guidelines and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.

Salary starting at $79,000 -$2500 sign on bonus and $2500 at one year of service - HRSA Loan repayment eligibility

This position requires at least a two-year agreement.
