Modern Dental Smiles in Palm Beach is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist who will educate patients, discuss treatment plans, and keep hygiene operations running smoothly. New grads are welcome to apply as training will be provided, with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida dental hygiene license, comes from an accredited program, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Active Florida Dental Hygiene License in good standing.
• Graduated from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to follow practice goals and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Educate and speak to patients in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Answer questions regarding hours, location and hygiene appointments.
• Discuss dental concerns with patients and communicate treatment plans.
• Maintain sterilization and instrument processing.
• Support daily hygiene operations and patient flow.
