Job summary

Northland Health Centers is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our care teams in North Dakota. The role offers a flexible schedule of 1-3 days per week, with days to be determined to fit staffing needs.

You will provide preventive care, patient education, and collaborate with the dental team to support quality outcomes. We welcome licensed RDHs with strong communication, organizational skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• A current North Dakota Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive oral health services.
• Perform oral health assessments, charting, and diagnostic support.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Maintain infection control and aseptic techniques in accordance with established standards.
• Accurately document patient information in electronic dental records.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to support clinic workflow and a positive patient experience.

Northland Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving urban and rural communities across North Dakota. We are currently seeking Registered Dental Hygienists to join our care teams. This position offers a flexible schedule of 1-3 days per week, with various days of the week possible. Student loan repayment opportunities may be available for eligible candidates, subject to program requirements.

The Registered Dental Hygienist provides comprehensive preventive and oral hygiene services to patients of the health center. This position supports overall oral health through patient education, preventive care, periodontal maintenance, and collaboration with the dental care team.

Key Responsibilities:
