New Dental Practice Coming to Surfside Beach, SC — Dental Care on Beaver Run!
We are looking for full‑time Dental Hygienists to build our new hygiene team! Construction will be completed in July 2026, but we are hiring now to train and work together at a nearby location.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
- New graduates are welcome.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patients’ needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of dental health.
- Clinical experience as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
- Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
