Heartland Dental’s Highbrook Way Dental Care in Star, Idaho is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist. You’ll work in a 1-doctor practice with Dentrix, handling 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointments, with a schedule that includes Mondays and Tuesdays and select Wednesdays.

Highbrook Way Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 140 N Highbrook Way Ste 102, Star, Idaho 83669

Work Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 7:30 am-5 pm; Wednesday 6:30 am- 4 pm

1 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Idaho and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
