Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners invites a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our Southfield clinic, My Family Dental Southfield / Southfield Family Dental Center, in a patient-focused practice.

You’ll work with a technology-forward team using Trios, Pearl AI, Eaglesoft, and CBCT, with 1-hour recall and 1.5-hour SRP appointments, plus a balanced schedule. Compensation is $50–$53/hour with monthly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have MI Dental Hygiene License (or be awaiting licensing; new grads welcome).
• Strong communication skills and a warm interpersonal style.
• Experience or training in full-spectrum dental hygiene: perio charting, x-rays, prophy, SRP, patient education, fluoride, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform hygiene exams, cleanings, and periodontal care.
• Take and interpret dental X-rays.
• Chart and monitor periodontal health.
• Provide patient education (oral hygiene, prevention, etc.).
• Use advanced technology (scanner, AI, CBCT) to enhance care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered dentistry.

Southfield Family Dental Center is growing and looking to add a full-time Hygienist to our established and patient-focused practice!
