Samuel Staffing in Richmond, IL is seeking a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to deliver preventive care and periodontal therapy while educating patients on oral health. The role includes collaboration with the dentist to plan treatments and maintain smooth schedules in a patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene license in good standing with the State Dental Board.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide periodontal therapy and preventive care following all state dental board regulations.
• Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease prevention, and the connection between oral and systemic health.
• Document periodontal conditions and collaborate with the dentist to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Partner with the team to maintain efficient schedules, deliver an exceptional patient experience, and ensure the practice and equipment remain in excellent condition.

Schedule:

• Mon 8–5pm
• Tues 8–5pm
• Wed 8–7pm
• Thurs 8–7pm
• Fri 8–2pm
• Sat 8–2pm (2 Saturdays/month)

Compensation:

$45–$50/hr
