Valley Dental Group in Richfield, MN is seeking a friendly Dental Hygienist to join our team. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus and enjoy a supportive practice environment with mentored growth opportunities and flexible hours (Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with some flexibility).

You will provide high-quality preventive care, screen patients, document medical histories, and work closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional lifetime dental health.

Dental Hygienist needed!

Valley Dental Group is adding a hygienist to the team. Our hours are Mon 7-330, Tue 7-330, Wed 7-330, Thurs 7-1 Fri 7-330 but we are flexible!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• No expereince needed!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
