Aland Family Dentistry in Reno, NV is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with uncapped bonus potential and an assistant support model. Enjoy a $5,000 sign-on bonus and base pay of $45–$50 per hour, with opportunities to increase through production bonuses.

What We're Looking For

• - Licensure: Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing (or currently in the active process of obtaining NV licensure).
• - Technical Skills: Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital charting (experience with Open Dental and digital radiography is a major plus).
• - Patient Care: A deep commitment to providing gentle, compassionate, and comprehensive preventative and periodontal therapies (SRP) for patients of all ages.
