RRC Solutions Group is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist in Pittsburgh, PA to deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental care in a community health center setting.

You will perform prophylaxis, radiographs, charting, patient education, and coordinate referrals while maintaining infection control and supporting clinic operations. This role offers a competitive compensation of $65K-$87K annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with licensure and established dental hygiene protocols
• Conduct comprehensive oral assessments, including medical history review, dental and periodontal charting
• Take and interpret radiographs and intraoral images
• Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, debridement, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Monitor blood pressure and assess overall oral health status at each visit
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and preventive care
• Document all clinical findings, treatment plans, and patient interactions in the electronic dental record
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
• Support clinic operations, including recall systems, supply management, and operatory organization
• Assist during peak clinic times and collaborate with dental assistants and providers
