Arizona Biltmore Dentistry in Phoenix seeks a dedicated Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a welcoming practice environment.

You will perform periodontal procedures, educate patients on prevention, document findings, and collaborate with the Dentist to develop treatment plans while maintaining equipment and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Dental Hygiene license in the state.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Proficiency with dental software and adhering to ADA standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal procedures as per state dental board requirements.
• Educate patients on prevention and periodontal health.
• Chart disease conditions and assist in developing treatment plans with the Dentist.

What you’ll do as a Hygienist:

• Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements




• Build trust through clear education for patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease, as well as maintaining their oral health.




• Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan




• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

What you’ll bring:

• Dental hygiene licensure compliance with the State Dental Board




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients




• Proficient with dental software and Dental Hygiene ADA Standards
