Job summary

A community health organization in Pasco is looking for a passionate Dental Hygienist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have either an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, hold a WA state license, and preferably have bilingual skills. OPPORTUNITY

TCCH is growing and actively recruiting Dental Hygienist to join our Care Team within the Pasco Behavioral Health and Dental Care site. FUNCTIONS

• Perform duties within scope of practice as delegated by a dentist
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Comply with clinic policies and procedures
• Participate in dental and general staff meetings
• Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment
• Work on a team toward surpassing departmental goals and objectives across multiple departments and facilities

SCHEDULE / LOCATION

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Pasco WIC, Behavioral Health, and Dental Care site – 715 W Court St, Pasco, WA 99301

WAGE / STATUS

• $41.82 - $47.10/hour; up to $54.10/hour
• This is a Union / Bargaining Unit position, non-exempt
• $10,000.00 Hiring Bonus (Based on FTE 1.0)
• At Hire: $3,000.00
• At 180 days (6 months): $4,000.00
• At 12 months: $3,000.00
• Bonus will be pro‑rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE) (Prorated repayment if separated within 24 months)
