Job summary

Lancaster Dental is seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our Orlando, Florida team. This role offers a two-day-a-week schedule with Monday and Wednesday shifts, perfect for adding to an existing full-time position or building a steady part-time caseload.

Responsibilities include preventive hygiene, patient education, radiographs, and close collaboration with dentists. We offer a supportive team atmosphere and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Dental Hygienist license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Commitment to OSHA, HIPAA and infection-control requirements.
• Strong communication and patient-education skills.
• Collaborative approach and interest in comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with patients.
• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Review medical and dental histories and perform screenings.
• Capture diagnostic radiographs and clinical information.
• Educate patients about oral health, prevention and treatment.

Schedule

• Capture diagnostic radiographs and clinical information

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team
• Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care

Qualifications
