Job summary

RADIANT GRIN SOLUTIONS LLC is looking for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join the Mur-len family dentistry team in Olathe, Kansas. The ideal candidate will perform dental cleanings, educate patients on oral hygiene, and assist dentists in procedures. Candidates must hold a current Dental Hygienist license and an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Kansas.
• Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent education.
• Experience in a dental practice preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy to maintain oral health.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
• Assist the dentist in patient examinations and treatment procedures.
• Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Manage patient scheduling and follow-up appointments.
• Build strong relationships with patients to enhance their dental experience.
