Job summary

Eby Dental Care is part of Smile Brands and is located in Okemos, Michigan. We are seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to deliver high-quality preventive care in a patient-centered environment, backed by a supportive national network.

You’ll educate patients, perform periodontal assessments, and collaborate with dentists to achieve optimal oral health. We offer continuing education opportunities, professional growth, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monda y 7:45 am to 4:30 Tuesday 7:45 am to 12:00 pm or 4:30 pm Wednesday 7:45 am to 4:3 pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
