Job summary

Cambridge Dental Care is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a 2-doctor practice in O'Fallon, IL. This full-time role offers a schedule Monday through Friday with variable hours and benefits. Dentrix experience, modern tools like Velscope/Vizilite and iTero, and opportunities for daily/quarterly bonuses accompany competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois dental hygienist license and required degree.
• Experience with dental hygiene procedures and patient screenings.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental hygiene care, preventive treatment, and patient education.
• Screen patients and review medical histories for safety and care planning.
• Operate within a 2-doctor practice and use Dentrix for records.
• Utilize on-site tools such as Velscope/Vizilite and digital scanners to enhance exams.

Cambridge Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 1490 North Greenmount Road, Suite B, O'Fallon, Illinois 62269

Work Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 8 am-5 pm; Thursday 8 am-3 pm; Friday 8 am- 2 pm

2-doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

50min recare, 70min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope/Vizilite + CE coverage available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
