Little River Family Dental is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team on Fridays and some Thursdays. You will work closely with the clinical team to provide preventive dental care and patient education in a patient-friendly setting.

The role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow with a supported practice that values high-quality patient experiences and professional mentorship.

Formación

• Current dental hygienist license in Georgia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Dental Hygienist-Part Time

Little River Family Dental is growing and looking to add a Part Time Hygienist for Fridays and some Thursdays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Georgiaand an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experienced and New Grads Welcome to apply
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
