Aspen Dental in Michigan's Niles area is seeking a hygienist to join a modern, state-of-the-art clinical team. You’ll collaborate with doctors, assess oral health, educate patients, and develop personalized care plans with autonomy.

The role offers full, part-time or PRN options, a structured onboarding, advanced digital tools (TRIOS 3D, voice-enabled perio charting), and ongoing education through TAG University; compensation is competitive with an uncapped incentive.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $50–$55/hr, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient‑centered care
