Job summary
Smiles of Naperville is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to serve as a co-provider alongside the dentist in a privately owned dental office in Naperville, IL. You will diagnose alongside the dentist, educate patients, and provide periodontal care to our patients.
The position requires at least 1 year of experience, active licensure as a dental hygienist with Local Anesthesia and CPR/BLS certifications. Proficiency with Dentrix and Dexis is preferred; laser certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- Licensed dental hygienist with Local Anesthesia Certification and CPR/BLS credentials.
- 1+ years of dental hygiene experience or equivalent practice.
- Experience using Dentrix and Dexis software for charting, radiographs, and patient education.
- Laser certification would be nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Scale and polish teeth.
- Take dental radiographs.
- Apply fluoride treatments.
- Educate patients on periodontal disease, brushing and flossing techniques.
- Support patients and the team in their care.

- $40 - $46 per hour

- Tuesdays 10-6 (Must)
- 2 Thursdays, 1 Friday and 1 Saturday a month optional
- License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist, Local Anesthesia Certification
- Software Experience: Dentrix, Dexis
- Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice
Laser certification would be nice to have
- License & Certification: Basic life support, X-ray / Radiography Certification
