The ideal candidate has an accredited dental hygiene program, an active state license, and 1–3 years of clinical experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with dental software are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with dental software and EHRs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive care including cleaning, X-rays, fluoride, and periodontal therapy.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
• Assist in developing treatment plans with the dentist.
• Maintain detailed clinical records of assessments and treatments.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain operatory cleanliness.
• Support inventory of hygiene supplies.
