Key Responsibilities:

• Provide High-Quality Patient Care : Perform a range of dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), and adjunctive treatments as needed.
• Patient Education : Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health, including brushing, flossing, plaque control, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with the Dental Team : Work closely with the dentist and other team members to assess patient needs and ensure they receive the best care possible. Assist with the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Patient Comfort & Communication: Ensure that patients are comfortable throughout their appointments and address any concerns they may have. Build strong relationships with patients and encourage good oral hygiene habits.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation : Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all treatments, procedures, and patient interactions.
• Infection Control & Safety: Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Manage Patient Flow : Effectively manage a productive schedule of 8-12 patients per day, ensuring high-quality care while maintaining efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Education & Licensure: A degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state dental hygiene license.

Pay:

• $35-$40 an hour
• Monthly Bonuses based on performance

Schedule:

• Flexible - 3-4 days/week
• Tuesdays - 8:30am or 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Wednesdays and Thursdays - 7:30am to 5:00pm
• Fridays - 8:00am to 2:00pm
