Job summary

Bright Smiles Family Dentistry in Marble Falls, TX is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in a warm, patient-focused environment.

You will perform routine cleanings, educate patients on oral hygiene, and support a team of dental professionals while maintaining high standards of care. Competitive pay ($55-$58/hour) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Certifications: Local anesthetic certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and sterilization protocols.
