Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and caring exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our thriving practice in Longmont, CO! We are a small private general practice focused on comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dental care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing
• Perform Periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings
• Capture and interpret dental radiographs
• Apply fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive therapies
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and overall wellness
• Accurately document treatment notes, patient histories, and care plans in practice management software
• Collaborate closely with dentists to create individual treatment plans
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (as permitted)
• Maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program (Associates degree or higher)

• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Preferred 1+ year of clinical experience

• Periodontal therapy, and/or laser dentistry experience
