South Kipling Dental Care in Littleton, CO is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team for a full‑time role Wed–Sat. NEW daily pay option and generous benefits are offered to support you in delivering excellent patient care.

You’ll work with a dedicated hygiene mentor program and top‑quality lab support to enhance your clinical skills and provide lifetime dental care to patients.

Qualifications

• Current CO dental hygiene license and degree.
• Solid knowledge of hygiene procedures and patient screening.
• CPR certification.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients.
• Assist with xrays and perio charting with the hygiene assistant.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support ongoing education and clinical mentoring.

Dedicated Hygiene assistant to assist with xrays, Perio charting and whatever you need so you can focus on direct patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in CO and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Open with years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
