Role Overview

Seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a supportive, community-focused practice. You will be an essential member of the patient care team, providing exceptional preventive and diagnostic services with a focus on patient advocacy and care quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and medical history documentation
• Deliver patient education and promote oral health maintenance
• Utilize digital tools and technologies such as digital x-rays and electronic records
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high standards of care
• Participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs to enhance skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and relevant degrees
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and documentation
• CPR certification
• Experience with dental technology is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and desire for professional growth

Physical & Additional Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic training sessions
• TB test completion prior to employment (excluding certain states)
