Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist in Las Vegas to join an on-site, 1-doctor practice at Dental Designs of Las Vegas. Schedule includes Mon-Thu with hours through the afternoon, and a policy that full benefits require 30+ hours/week.

Dental Designs of Las Vegas is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 3975 S. Durango Drive, Suite 102 Las Vegas, Nevada 89147

Work Schedule: Monday 8:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday 7:30am to 6:00pm, Wednesday 7:30am to 4:00pm and Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm

1 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly pay + the ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paychecks as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope/Vizilite + CE coverage available!

Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO health care, paid Holidays, 401 (k), Dental, Vision, wellness benefits, and more.

Hygienists in CT, MD, NC, NV and WA work for a supported professional corporation (PC) and are not employed by Heartland Dental.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Nevada and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person)periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
