$5,000 Welcome Bonus Included! Lake St Louis Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 6492 Ronald Reagan Dr, Lake St. Louis, Missouri 63367.

Work Schedule: Tuesday 8am-6pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-3pm. 2‑doctor practice utilizing Dentrix. 60‑min recall, 90‑min new patient appointments. Bi‑weekly, hourly pay with the option to opt into Daily Pay for earning pay as you earn. Earn daily and quarterly bonuses. We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope and CE coverage available.

Full‑time minimum 30 hours to receive full benefits package including UnitedHealthcare PPO health care, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision, wellness benefits and more.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre‑employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
