Boulder County Smiles in Lafayette, CO is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team!

Practice Overview

We are a top-notch dental practice offering Cosmetic and Sedation dentistry with the highest quality of care. Our dentists, Dr. Gordon West, Dr. Andrew Johns, and Dr. Trevor Deere, utilize the latest technology including Itero, Laser, AI, and Curodont.

Work Schedule

Full Time: Mon - Thurs, 8-5. Open to discussing Part Time options. Offering a sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

About Boulder County Smiles

Located in Lafayette, CO, near Hwy 287 and Waneka Lake Park, our office is part of Heartland Dental's supported offices, emphasizing community and patient-centered care. Join a collaborative, professional team that values fun and community service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in CO and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
• Knowledge of dentistry procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• New graduates or experienced clinicians
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic health records
• Desire for continuous learning and skill growth

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for periodic training sessions
• TB test prior to employment (where applicable)
