Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Indiana
• and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification
• Preferred Experience
